  External employees

  • The applicant fills the application form and submits it directly to the registration at the Institute. The Institute reviews the application and provides a conditional or unconditional offer or rejection to the applicant.
  • Applicants receiving unconditional offer must proceed to get the approval of his/her institution
  • The institutions then communicate with the (DGHRD) or the responsible authority regarding their nomination and completion of other administrative matters.
  • The (DGHRD) provides the institute with the final list of applicants.

  How to apply to OSNI

  MoH employees

  • The applicant fills the application form and submits it directly to the registration at the Institute. The Institute reviews the application and provides a conditional or unconditional offer or rejection to the applicant.
  • Applicants receiving unconditional offer must proceed to get the approval of his/her institution
  • The institutional committees communicate with the (DGHRD) regarding the nomination.
  • The (DGHRD) provides the Institute with the final list of applicants
