تم تصميم برنامج تأسيسي عام لسد الفجوة بين التعليم الثانوي وما بعد الثانوي، يتم اعطاء الطلاب المعرفة التأسيسية في المجالات الأساسية للرياضيات الانجليزية مع تكنولوجيا المعلومات كمايضع البرنامج أيضا أساس متين في المهارات الهامة الأخرى مثل مهارات الدراسة الموجهة ذاتيا والمهارات الحياتية العامة، كما يهدف البرنامج أيضا الى تمكين الطلاب ذوي الرغبة والقدرة على متابعة التعليم مدى الحياة ولذلك تم تصميم  برنامج التأسيسي العام لتمكين الطلاب من تذوق النجاح بالإضافة الى المساعي الأكاديمية المستقبلية  في جميع جوانب حياتهم .

 

  • الأهــداف الرئيسية

ويهدف البرنامج التأسيسي الى توسيع مهارات اللغة الإنجليزية للطالب ليتمكن من المشاركة النشطة في الدراسات ما بعد الثانوي أو التعليم العالي والتأكد من أن الطالب مجهز بالفهم والمهارات اللازمة لتلبية الاحتياجات المعرفية والعملية للدراسات ما بعد الثانوية أو العالي في مجموعة متنوعة من التخصصات.

كما يضمن البرنامج تجهيز الطلاب على الحوسبة وفهم تكنولوجيا المعلومات والمهارات اللازمة لعملية المصدر والتوصل للمعلومات المتعلقة بالدراسات لما بعد الثانوي أو التعليم العالي، في مجموعة متنوعة من التخصصات بالإضافة الى ذلك، يساعد البرنامج أيضا  على تزويد الطلاب بالدخول والتصفح في اهم المجلات البحثيه الحديثه للتزود بافضل الادله لما توصل له العالم.

الاهداف الفرعية:

عند الإكمال بنجاح للـ GFP اللغة الإنجليزية سيتمكن الطالب من القدرة بشكل مرضي :

أ‌    أن يشارك بنشاط في النقاش في مواضيع ذات علاقة لدراساتهم بالقيام بتوجيه أسئلة ، يوافقون / لا يوافقون السؤال عن توضيحات ، تبادل المعلومات  يعبرون ويستفسرون عن آراء.

ب‌  إعادة صياغة المعلومات (شفهيا أو خطيا) من نص مكتوب أو منطوق أو من البيانات المقدمة بيانيا.

ج‌   تجهيز وإعداد حديث في 5 دقائق على الأقل . استخدام موارد المكتبة في إعداد الحديث مع التحدث بوضوح وثقة ، اتصال العين واستخدام لغة الجسد لدعم تسليم الأفكار  والإجابة على الأسئلة بثقة.

د‌   كتابة مقال يحوي على الأقل 250 كلمة يوضح بالضبط لما سيطرح ، ترتيب، علامات الترقيم ، التركيبات الإملائية ، بنية الجملة ، القواعد و المفردات.

هـ. عمل تقرير كتابي يحوي علي 500 كلمة على الأقل يظهر الدليل على المبحث، مراجعة الملاحظات ، مراجعة العمل ، إعادة صياغة ، تلخيص ، استخدام الاقتباسات والمراجع.

و- أخذ مذكرات والرد على الأسئلة حول موضوع تفاصيل الأفكار الرئيسية والخيارات أو الحجج (مثال       

    محاضرة أخبار).

ز- متابعة التعليمات الشفهية للقيام بالعمل خلال عدة مراحل.

ح‌   الاستماع إلى محادثة مع اثنين أو أكثر من المتحدثين والمقدرة على الإجابة على الأسئلة ذات العلاقة بالنقاش ، العلاقة بين المتحدثين، السجل ( سواء رسمي أو غير رسمي).

ط‌.  القيام بقراءة  ما بين  صفحة أو صفحتين وتعرف على الأفكار الرئيسية واقتباس معلومات بعينها في وقت محدد.

ي. قراءة نص مكثف واسع النطاق ذا صلة بمنطقة الطالب من الدراسة (الحد الأدنى من ثلاث صفحات) والقيام بالرد على الأسئلة بمهارات تحليلية على سبيل المثال التنبؤ ، الاستدلال و الاستنتاج.
