Program Transfer e-Service

The student will initiate the request in HAMS

Student Attendance and Absenteeism e-Service

Student attendance will be captured for each section and for the number of hours for the day

Transferring Students from an Outside College to an MOHEI e-Service

In case the transfer is from outside an MOH institute, then this will be considered as a new direct admission in HAMS

Library Book Reservation e-Service

Users can reserve a book if the book is already issued to other user

Student Assignment Submission e-Service

Students can submit course assignments online

Hostel Room Swap Request e-Service

Two students staying in the same hostel can request to swap their rooms

Online Examination e-Service

Students can attend online examinations for their enrolled/ selected courses in the institute as per the examination policies

Foundation Placement e-Service

Foundation placement exams will be conducted offline and the marks obtained for English, Maths and IT will be uploaded into the system.

Student Admission e-Service (School Leavers)

Students have to be registered in HEAC

Library book Issue e-Service

Any student/employee who wants to borrow a book can check its availability online. The borrower should visit the library in person to collect the book

Hostel Going Out Request e-Service

Students who are staying in an institute hostel are given the provision for making a request for going out from the hostel for a predefined set of activities

Student Course Registration e-Service

Students who are admitted to Foundation/Undergraduate programs must register for the courses which are available

Student Transfer from one MOH Institute to Another MOH Institute e-Service

In case a student is transferring from another MoH institute offering the same program,

Discipline and Grievances e-Service

The users can request Discipline Appeals and Grievances against “An Individual”, “Disciplinary actions” and “Support Services”.

Student Admission e-Service (MoH staff /External staff)

Students (MoH staff, or staff associated with other institutions) can have direct admission for undergraduate/ postgraduate (UG/PG) programs.

Student Advisor Meeting Request e-Service

A student or a teacher can initiate an advisor meeting request online

Advisee Meeting Request e-Service :

The advisee meeting request service is initiated online by the academic advisor

Post-Foundation Program Transfer e-Service

During the initial admission period, HEAC will allocate a student to a particular program.

Student Advisor Change Request e-Service

A student can make an advisor change request in the system

Hostel Room Change Request e-Service

A student can request to change their room. The request will go to the supervisor of the hostel

Student Grade Appeal e-Service

A student will have a provision for grade appeal in the system

Share Assignments between Institutes e-Service edit

The course coordinator of a course in an institute can share an assignment template (Assignment guidelines and documentation) with any other institute course coordinator for the same course.

Employee Appointment e-Service

Any employee who joins an MOHEI, will to be entered/integrated into the HAMS system by an HR delegate.

Asset request service:

The staff can request an asset with the approval of the reporting authority

Online Examination e-Service

The question paper for an online examination should be prepared/uploaded into the system before the examination start date

Visiting Faculty/Temporary Staff Appointment e-Service

Any employee who is taken as a Visiting Faculty/ Temporary staff in MOH, needs to be entered/integrated in HAMS
