Medical imaging professionals utilize x-rays and other energy forms to help diagnose and treat medical conditions. The medical imaging professional (Diagnostic radiographer) provides quality patient care while creating diagnostic images independently, assisting radiologists and other physicians in imaging the body, and operating specialized radiographic equipment.
